Join Chef Lyndsay Byrnes of Pearlfield Bistro & Bakehouse and Wild Hills Winery for a delicious five course dinner with wine pairings. A celebration of field and vine, guests will dine outdoors in the gorgeous 16 acre Wild Hills vineyard overlooking the stunning backdrop of the Wisconsin River valley while sipping on wines crafted on site. With careful culinary artistry, Chef Lyndsay will place at the center of this gourmet dinner the natural abundance of the fields that surround the hills and valleys of the Driftless area of Wisconsin. Wild Hills Winery will pair each course with a special wine to conjure forth the flavors and unique terroir of the place we are proud to call home. Come and discover what lies...far afield.
